Inspired by Baron Baptiste's 40 Days to a Personal Revolution, this daily combination of asana practice, meditation, diet, and personal reflection will cultivate a solid foundation from which you can live and grow. Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an illumination of spirit. Whether you are looking for huge transformation or small positive shifts in your life, this inspiring program motivates students to live from a higher level of well-being on all levels!
PRACTICE: 6 days of daily practice at home or at Upward Dog Yoga Centre. The 7th day is a restorative home practice, optional yoga class, or day of rest.
MEDITATION: At home or in UDYC meditation classes.
3 MEETINGS + optional workshops to deepen your experience: We will gather together to share, learn, check-in, and receive personal and group support during the program.

At each meeting, Life Coach and Yoga Instructor Brandi Cowl will lead you through a group discussion that will inspire, support and empower you to reach your goals, both on your mat and in the other areas of your life.
Meeting #1 – April 27 @ 2:00-3:30pm
Step 1 to Becoming Your Best Self! Meet your fellow challengers and set your intentions for your 40 Day Challenge. Brandi will guide you through a group discussion to help you identify and clarify your mind & body goals. She will provide you with specific techniques to help you stay on track throughout the Challenge.
Meeting #2 May 25 @ 2:00-3:30
This session will enable you to connect with your fellow Challengers – share stories, learn, check-in, and inspire each other. Brandi will help you determine what’s working and what could work better as you move through the Challenge.
Meeting #3 June 8 @ 2:00-3:30
Woo hoo! Celebrate your success with others who have made it through the 40-day commitment to continuous self-care, yoga practice & meditation. Our discussion will send you off with clarity around how you will be able to continue to move forward, and hold onto the great work you’ve done.
Learn to Meditate – May 2 @ 7:30-9:30
Committed to developing a meditation practice, but not sure how? Join Michael Hutkins for a special workshop that will take you through several guided meditations and provide you with techniques to help you build a meditation practice of your own. This will be a great opportunity to ask questions, share thoughts, and get advice on how to cultivate and personalize your own meditation practice.
Eat Well to Support Your Practice – May 16 @ 7:30-9:30
Do you feel healthy and vital? Do your eating habits support a vibrant lifestyle of health and wellness? Join Lindsey Murray for this inspiring and informative workshop to understand how to choose foods that are right for you, right now. For those who are following the 40 Day Challenge, this workshop will build on your weekly newsletter and offer you a chance to share your experiences with others. You will come away from this workshop with a better understanding of how to eat well in support of your practice.
