A very effective workout combining elements of ballet with pilates, sports conditioning and flexibility training. It will tone your muscles fast, shape your body and improve your range of motion
A Pilates inspired class that focuses on subtle movements and precise alignment while challenging and strengthening the entire body. With the energy of the movements being driven from the core and the breath, this class will have you working the smaller, deeper muscles within the body without breaking too much of a sweat. Students will not only leave feeling longer, leaner and stronger, but more relaxed and with better concentration.

HATHA GENTLE. A class designed around a soft flow of postures which are modified with intermittent relaxation which allows the absorption of the benefits of each pose and the class as a whole. This is a wonderful restorative experience, great for those recovering from an injury or under stress. A class for all ages and levels.
Through posture and alignment we can self-diagnose our body, emotions and mind. Every posture is an opportunity to connect with our devotion, acceptance and self-love, and every breath made with the correct technique, provides us the strength we need to face our lives with courage and commitment with our selves.

HATHA ALL LEVELS: A Hatha class aimed at helping students achieve proper body alignment while exploring breath techniques in traditional Hatha yoga postures, developing strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation while connecting the mind, body and soul.

HATHA BASED YIN: a class that encourages the muscles to relax and the body to release tension through floor poses that are held for 3-5 minutes. The increased time in each pose allows for mindfulness, and promotes connection between body and breath. The use of props is encouraged to ensure comfort, and makes the class accessible to all levels.
BEGINNER'S YOGA: This class is designed specifically for those who are curious about yoga, those who need a slower pace, and those who would like to deepen their understanding of poses before taking the plunge into an All-levels class! This class is very informal and lighthearted, and students are strongly encouraged to asked questions during their practice! A typical class will focus on specific categories of poses, such as hip openers or forward folds, and will explore its most common warm up and apex poses. The class, however, will also be free to explore the needs and interest of students on any given night. By the end of the class you will have learned the names of the most common poses and learned the variation of the pose that is safest for you!

The base of all yoga classes is a classical blend of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation sequenced intelligently with the goal of inspiring a healthy body and uplifting the mind. Asanas (postures) stretch, align, help detoxify the body, and promote balance, flexibility, and concentration. Learning to move with the breath releases a wealth of vital energy, cultivates a clear, peaceful mind, and brings us in touch with our spirit. Classes incorporate mantra, pranayama, yogic techniques and meditation.
Hatha Intermediate
POWER FLOW. A dynamic blend of postures in a heated room to increase your strength, endurance and flexibility. Power Yoga helps to sculpt and tone your body from the inside out.
Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

Classes adapt poses to the stage of pregnancy and select poses to be emotionally grounding and soothing for the legs and lower back. Breathing techniques and sounds help moms to connect with the baby and stay balanced and focused throughout the pregnancy and birth.
This is a short but energizing practice based on one movement - one breath pattern. Vigorous yoga practice will restore your blood flow and peace of mind
Vinyasa Flow is a creative, balanced and energetic sequence of postures linked with breath that warm, strengthen and empower the Body and Mind. This class is designed to help improve flexibility, strength and circulation in the Hips and includes a dynamic blend of standing, balancing and floor poses to help strengthen and lengthen the hips, lower back, glutes and thighs, improving your range of motion and circulation. Modifications and options are provided for postures to make this class accessible to all levels.
Yin
Yin yoga is a perfect complement to the more yang (active) styles of yoga. In yin yoga poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes with the muscles relaxed, which allows the body to open up and release. Yin yoga is about accepting the body as it is and not striving to change it! The increased time in the poses allows us to connect with the body and our breath. This is an all levels class and most of the poses are done on the floor. The use of props is encouraged in this class to ensure comfort. Yin targets the first 3 chakras and is thus a very grounding practice
Yin/Yang Hatha is a mix of active movement and relaxation. First part of the class consists of active, energizing asana sequence followed by calming, restorative stretch
YOGA FOR STRESS REDUCTION: An all levels class which combines a variety of calming yoga postures (using props for support to create a greater state of relaxation) along with breathing exercises and meditation. A great way to relax and reduce stress!
